Partnerships

Applications will go live July 15, 2024.

The GGCHC accepts and reviews partnership applications on a quarterly basis. Submitted applications will be reviewed and decided on during the quarterly Commission meetings in March, August, and October. 

Interested in becoming a GGCHC partner? Please review the Grant, Partnership, and Sponsorship Guidelines to ensure your organization and/project fits with the types of work we uplift. Once you’ve reviewed the guidelines, use the Partnership Application link to submit your application (applications currently cannot be saved so please ensure you are prepared to submit when you begin the process).  

If you are an GGCHC partner, please familiarize yourself with the match guide and please use the blank timesheets, in-kind form, and the final report form available on this page as well.
